Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking professional Security Officers to support a high-profile government services site in Bundaberg, Queensland. This casual role focuses on frontline safety, customer service excellence and strict adherence to site procedures.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while maintaining security protocols. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday during business hours, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, security or a public-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations professionally.
• Excellent customer service focus and professional presentation.
