Job summary

Georgiou in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join the NSW Pre-Contracts team. You will coordinate inputs across the business, prepare non-technical responses, and assemble submission documents for professional final lodgement.

Reporting to the NSW Proposals Manager, you’ll manage multiple live tenders and EOIs, track deadlines, edit and format content, and ensure accuracy and consistency across documents. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating proposals or tender submissions in civil construction or infrastructure environments.
• Strong editing, proofreading, formatting and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
• Excellent written and stakeholder communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency for content-heavy documents.
• Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is advantageous.
• Experience with COINS or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFT, RFP, EOI, ROI, pre-qualification submissions from setup to lodgement.
• Review client documents, coordinate inputs, and track tender actions, meetings, and calendars.
• Prepare and coordinate submission documents, including non-technical responses, editing, proofreading, formatting, and layout of technical schedules.
• Manage multiple submissions and respond quickly to client updates, RFIs and changing requirements.
• Maintain tender registers and CRM information; manage tender resources like staff CVs.
• Support pre-contracts administration such as purchase orders and invoice processing.
