Likehome Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based property management company seeking an experienced Property Manager. You will oversee a mixed portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals, acting as the main contact for landlords and guests/tenants.

You will manage the full leasing lifecycle for long-term properties and coordinate guest turnover and listings across booking platforms for short-term properties. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management, NSW

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management (long-term, short-term, or both).
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Class 2 Real Estate Licence) — required.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tenancy processes for long-term properties: leasing, inspections, renewals, and vacates.
• Coordinate short-term rental operations: guest check-in/check-out logistics, cleaning schedules, and listing maintenance across OTA platforms.
• Handle landlord, tenant, and guest communications, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Conduct routine and condition inspections, ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation.
• Manage rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to support client retention.
• Ensure compliance with the NSW Residential Tenancies Act and related regulations.

Likehome is a Sydney-based property management company managing 400+ properties across NSW, spanning both long-term and short-term rentals. We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Property Manager to help manage a mixed portfolio.

About the Role
You will manage a portfolio that includes both long-term and short-term rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords and guests/tenants. For long-term properties, this covers the full leasing lifecycle from tenant placement through to renewals and offboarding. For short-term properties, this includes coordinating guest turnover, liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams, and ensuring listings run smoothly across booking platforms.
