Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches seeks an experienced Property Manager to join its established team and drive day-to-day portfolio management.

You will manage about 150 residential properties with dedicated leasing and inspection support, build strong landlord and tenant relationships, handle repairs and inspections, and coordinate bond claims.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing your own portfolio.
• Current Certificate of Registration.
• Strong landlord and tenant relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Confidence managing NCAT, bonds and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Managing approximately 150 residential properties.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing repairs, maintenance and renovations.
• Conducting outgoing inspections.
• Managing bond claims and disputes.
• Attending NCAT matters when required.
• Assisting with inspections where needed.
• Ensuring a high level of communication and client service.
