Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Minimum of 2 years' Property Management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections and completing property condition reports.
• Coordinating property marketing and online advertising.
• Processing tenancy applications and entering new tenancy information.
• Coordinating open inspections with the Leasing Assistant.
• Managing rent payments, arrears and property-related expenses.
• Liaising regularly with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
• Attending NCAT/Tribunal matters when required.
• Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs.
• Providing professional advice and achieving positive outcomes for landlords and tenants.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation.
