Job summary

Harcourts Your Place in Sydney seeks an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio and deliver superior service to landlords and tenants. You will manage leasing, inspections and compliance while building lasting relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation, excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, providing a high level of service while maintaining strong and lasting client relationships
• Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including leasing, routine inspections, maintenance, compliance and general tenancy management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other key stakeholders
• Manage complex tenancy matters, including disputes, arrears, lease negotiations and Tribunal proceedings
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs and emergency issues, ensuring properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide landlords with clear communication, updates, recommendations and reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance and management of your portfolio
• Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and industry best practice
