Job summary

MSR Talent is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join its Sydney team, managing a portfolio of around 60 properties on the Eastern Beaches.

You will focus on landlord and tenant relationships, with day-to-day support from the Head of Property Management. No routine inspections, leasing, or trust accounting, you’ll work with a collaborative team to grow your career in property management.

Property Manager OR Junior Property Manager

A growing agency in Sydney's Eastern Beaches is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of around 60 properties within an actively growing rent roll.

This role is structured to let you focus on what property management should be about: building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, without the admin heavy tasks that usually spread PMs thin, and with genuine day to day support from a hands on Head of Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 properties
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy notices
• Handle day to day tenancy issues and communications
• Maintain accurate portfolio records within the CRM

About You

• Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW)
• Some experience in property management, at assistant or junior level, or a strong administrative background looking to step into the industry
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, customer focused approach
• Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
