As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own residential investment portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Processing lease renewals
Conducting routine inspections
Completing entry and exit condition reports
Ensuring compliance with current residential tenancy legislation
Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
No trust accounting required.

You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in residential property management
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current driver's licence
Confidence using technology and digital systems
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
