About the Role

As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own residential investment portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Processing lease renewals

• Conducting routine inspections

• Completing entry and exit condition reports

• Ensuring compliance with current residential tenancy legislation

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction

About You

Salary

Competitive remuneration packages starting from $84,000 plus, will be negotiated based on your experience, skills and performance.
