Real Recruiters in the Hunter region is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a growing residential portfolio within a close-knit team. You’ll manage leases, conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance while building strong landlord and tenant relationships.

The role offers substantial autonomy, a genuine end-to-end PM scope and a pathway to broader franchise support with ongoing salary and bonus opportunities. A company car is included in the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' residential Property Management experience.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of the PM lifecycle.
• Confidence managing your own portfolio independently.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A genuine focus on landlord and tenant relationships.
• A willingness to remain hands‑on, including conducting your own inspections.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential).
• Current driver's licence.

If you're an experienced Property Manager who knows their stuff but is tired of feeling like the portfolio is running you rather than the other way around — this could be a very different kind of PM role. Based in the Hunter region, this is an opportunity to join an established real estate group within a small and close-knit Property Management team.

The philosophy is pretty simple: Keep portfolios manageable. Give good PMs the autonomy to do their job properly. And have the right support around them when they need it. The opportunity... Our client is a well-established real estate group with a strong presence across the Hunter, Newcastle and Northern Central Coast. Servicing the local Hunter market, you'll be joining an established PM team — giving you the backing of a larger franchise without losing the feel of a local, close-knit office.

Ideally, you'll have:
