Job summary

Innovative Talent Group is partnering with a Melbourne-based property management team to recruit a Property Manager for a large portfolio. You will handle 175+ properties, nurture relationships with owners and renters, and oversee maintenance, arrears, inspections and renewals.

The role requires Agent's Representative certification, 2+ years' PM experience, and a reliable vehicle. Enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment with leadership and ongoing training, plus one day per week of

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
