• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with owners, tenants, and service providers, with a customer-focused approach.
• Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with property management software, CRM systems, and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document preparation).
• Knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in handling tenancy issues and property concerns.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related customer service role is highly regarded.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for inspections and meetings.
• Relevant real estate or property management certification/licence in NSW (or eligibility to obtain) is an advantage.
