About the Role

Neville Richards Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to join our team at our office in Drysdale. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and their renters are satisfied. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including tenant selection, lease management, maintenance coordination, and regular inspections
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Effectively communicate with both landlords and tenants, and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties within the existing portfolio
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the growth of the business

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential property management, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in particular legislation relating to compliance and minimum standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and InspectionExpress programs is highly regarded
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
