Job summary

Forum Recruitment partners with an Australian-owned property group in Melbourne's inner-eastern suburbs to recruit a Commercial Property Manager.

You will oversee 15 blue-chip properties across VIC, NSW and QLD, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction and smooth lease administration. The team includes a Head of Property and support staff; travel may be required and occasional remote work is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management with retail exposure.
• Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Confidence in resolving disputes and building positive stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and property management systems.

About the role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of 15 blue-chip properties in VIC, NSW and QLD. Your role involves ensuring high standards in property management, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will be supported by the Head of Property, plus administration assistant, accounts, legal and facilities management.

Responsibilities
