Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Mildura, VIC. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of rental properties, handling day-to-day tasks such as coordinating inspections, managing tenancy applications, preparing lease documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role includes responding to tenant and owner inquiries, organizing repairs and maintenance, conducting routine inspections, and managing rent collection and arrears. The Property Manager will also assist with property marketing activities, maintain accurate records in agency systems, and collaborate closely with the broader real estate team to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Strong property management and real estate administration skills, including lease preparation, rent management, and compliance with local property regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple properties, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with property management software, general computer applications, and accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a professional and calm approach to addressing tenancy issues.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for attending inspections and site visits.
• Relevant real estate or property management certification or license (or willingness to obtain), and prior experience in property management or customer-facing roles.
