Job summary

Oz Combined Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Sanctuary Point team. You will manage residential property portfolios, coordinate maintenance, and handle leases with landlords and tenants, supported by our experienced staff and established processes.

You should bring property management experience or a strong transferable skill set, be organized, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Monitor and address rental arrears.
• Prepare properties for new tenancies and liaise with tradespeople.
• Ensure compliance with NSW legislation.

Established in 1989, Oz Combined Realty is a locally family owned and operated agency with a strong presence throughout the Bay & Basin area. Our business is built around long-term relationships, local knowledge and providing a high standard of service to our landlords and tenants.

About the Role

You will join an established Property Management team and be supported by experienced staff, systems and processes.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine inspections
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
• Monitoring rental arrears
• Preparing properties for new tenancies
• Liaising with tradespeople and contractors
• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
• Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
• Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management and administration team
• Have or be willing to have a certificate of registration
• Current drivers licence

Who We're Looking For

Property management experience would be highly regarded, particularly if you're looking for a role where you can continue developing your skills and progressing your career.

You may currently work in real estate, administration, customer service, retail, banking, insurance or another fast-paced client-focused environment.
