Job summary

Ray White Mittagong is seeking a confident and capable Property Management Specialist to join our team. You will support day-to-day management of residential properties, communicate with landlords, tenants and tradespeople, and coordinate repairs using modern technology.

With standard 9:00am–5:00pm hours and no after-hours work, this role offers a healthy work-life balance while enabling you to grow within an established local agency. NSW licence and driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Property management or real estate experience desirable but not essential.
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused attitude required.
