Oz Combined Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Sanctuary Point team. You will manage residential property portfolios, coordinate maintenance, and handle leases with landlords and tenants, supported by our experienced staff and established processes.

You should bring property management experience or a strong transferable skill set, be organized, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Property management experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong transferable skills and attitude for a long-term career in Property Management.
• Experience in client-focused environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Monitor and address rental arrears.
• Prepare properties for new tenancies and liaise with tradespeople.
• Ensure compliance with NSW legislation.
