Job summary

PRD Port Stephens is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a portfolio of around 100 residential properties with flexible work options. You will focus on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and managing day-to-day communications with landlords and tenants.

You’ll own the portfolio, coordinate maintenance, handle arrears, lease renewals, and provide proactive advice while enjoying autonomy with supported teamwork and a culture of excellence.

Love Property Management but tired of doing everything?

Imagine managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties without also having to juggle leasing, routine inspections, trust accounting and new business.

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established and highly supported Property Management team in Port Stephens.

Our structure allows you to focus on what experienced Property Managers do best — managing your portfolio, building strong client relationships and providing great service.

• A manageable portfolio of approximately 100 properties

• 2 full time Leasing Consultants handling leasing

• A full time Routine Inspection Manager handling routines

• Full time Trust Accounting support

• Full time New Business support

• An established and experienced Property Management team around you

Your focus is your portfolio and your clients.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, including:

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Day-to-day client communication

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Arrears management

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Outgoing inspections and bond matters

• Resolving tenancy issues and providing proactive advice to landlords

You’ll have autonomy over your portfolio with an experienced team there to support you when needed.

Who we’re looking for

This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re specifically looking for someone with previous residential Property Management experience who can confidently step into an established portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, stays organised, takes ownership and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
