Job summary

Urbane Realestate in the NSW Western Suburbs seeks a motivated Property Officer/Manager to join our established team. This hands-on role covers leasing, inspections, trust accounting, and tenant relations.

Ideal candidates hold a current NSW certificate/license, a NSW driver’s license, and 6–12 months of property management experience (training provided). Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are valued. Competitive base salary with fuel allowance and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Current NSW certificate of registration or real estate license.
• Current NSW driver's license and reliable transport.
• 6 months to 1 year of property management experience (training provided).
• Strong customer service and communication, with landlord/tenant relationship skills.
• Professional presentation and work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

What we’re looking for

• A Current Certificate of Registration or License.
• A current NSW driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Minimum of 6 months-1 years experience in property management (Traning Provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred, but not mandatory
