Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Property Claims Consultant to join a leading insurance solutions provider in North Sydney. The role suits someone with property or strata claims experience and a passion for customer service.

As a Claims Consultant, you will manage strata property claims, conduct investigations, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth process. Hybrid work (2 days WFH) and a salary up to $100,000 plus super are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property or Strata claims desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders.
• Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
