MAYDAY Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established insurer in Sydney to recruit a Property Claims Consultant for the NSW Claims team. Take ownership of a portfolio, develop strata expertise, and work with experienced professionals in a supportive, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end property claims experience.
• Experience with escape of liquid or burst pipe claims.
• Exposure to strata or body corporate claims is valued.
• Strong building/property claims knowledge and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using claims management systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end property and strata claims from notification to resolution.
• Assess coverage, liability and claim outcomes.
• Liaise with brokers, insureds, assessors and repairers.
• Coordinate repairs and investigations.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain thorough claim records.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
