Australian Construction Group (ACG) is seeking a proactive Project / Safety Administrator to join our Cameron Park head office. The role combines safety administration with project support to maintain safety compliance and assist site teams.

You will coordinate training, inductions, safety records and client compliance, while supporting PMs with admin tasks and travel arrangements. An organised, proactive team player with strong communication is ideal.

We're looking for an organised, motivated and proactive Project / Safety Administrator to join our friendly team at our Cameron Park head office.

This is a varied role combining safety administration with project support, with a strong

focus on maintaining safety compliance and supporting our site teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining safety documentation, registers, SWMS and compliance records.
• Coordinating training, medicals, safety reporting and audit documentation.
• Assisting with project safety systems and client compliance requirements.
• Coordinating site inductions, mobilisation and employee onboarding requirements.
• Supporting Project Managers with purchase orders, invoicing and general project administration.
• Assisting with travel, accommodation and day-to-day project requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction or a similar industry.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience with safety documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, reliable team player with great communication skills.
• Experience with induction portals, document control or construction management systems would be an advantage.
