Linktal Recruitment represents a well-established builder delivering Class 2 residential developments across Sydney. They seek an experienced Project Manager to own a major $50M Parramatta project and work closely with senior leadership.

The role is hands-on with project delivery, requiring strong leadership, procurement, and stakeholder management skills to drive the project to completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Australian construction.
• Experience delivering Class 2 / multi-res residential projects $30M–$100M+.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of contracts and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Handle variations, costs, risks and contract matters.
• Coordinate design and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure quality, safety and programme compliance.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships through project life.
• Drive project to successful completion on time and within budget.

Our client is a well-established and reputable Tier 2 builder with a strong track record of delivering quality Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with senior leadership within a well-established business.

The Role

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development
• Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery
• Overseeing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
• Managing project variations, costs, commercial risks and contractual matters
• Leading design coordination and resolving construction issues
• Ensuring project quality, safety and programme requirements are achieved
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project
• Driving the project towards successful completion within programme and budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry
• Strong experience delivering Class 2 / multi-residential projects valued above $30M-100M+
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes independently
• Strong understanding of project programming, procurement and construction methodologies
