Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Senior Project Engineer for a landmark Class 2 residential project near Homebush. You will lead major work packages, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help deliver the project from structure through to completion alongside a senior site team.

The role requires 4+ years in construction, strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience, and a qualification in engineering or construction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Project Engineer
• Strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and high-rise construction
• Engineering or Construction qualification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ambition to progress into Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage structural, façade and finishes packages
• Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, QA and project documentation
• Lead subcontractor coordination and programme delivery
• Manage technical issues and design coordination
• Support procurement, cost control and variations
• Mentor junior engineers where required
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

Intro Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 residential builder to recruit an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a landmark Class 2 project near Homebush.

The project comprises 4 residential towers and 264 apartments, including basement, podium and high-rise construction.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Senior Site Team, you'll take ownership of major work packages, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help deliver the project from structure through to completion.

Our client has a strong Sydney pipeline and offers genuine opportunities to progress into management.
