Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is helping an established builder deliver a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. This hands-on Project Manager role focuses on end-to-end delivery, from construction through to completion, with close collaboration with senior leadership and a strong pipeline of future Class 2 projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Manage project variations, costs, commercial risks and contractual matters.
• Lead design coordination and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure project quality, safety and programme requirements are achieved.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Drive the project towards successful completion within programme and budget.
