Job summary

Warami Solutions in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, with autonomy to manage your own portfolio. You will deliver projects valued between $2 million and $50 million across Sydney Metro and Western Sydney, coordinating Site Managers, subcontractors and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical services.
• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing variations and contractual requirements.
• Ability to lead Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Proven track record delivering commercial HVAC projects.
• Two recent professional references.

With continued business growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects ranging from $2 million to $50 million throughout Sydney Metro and Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects from commencement through to completion

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performance

• Manage subcontractors, Site Managers and client relationships

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and project reporting

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout each project

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• 2–5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical services

• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and progress claims

• Demonstrated experience managing variations and contractual requirements

• Proven ability to lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams

• Successful track record delivering commercial HVAC projects

• Two recent professional references
