Our client is a well-established Tier 2 mechanical services contractor that has successfully operated throughout New South Wales for more than a decade.

Specialising in commercial HVAC construction and maintenance, they deliver high-quality mechanical projects across commercial office fit-outs, education, healthcare, industrial facilities and large-scale commercial construction.

With continued business growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects ranging from $2 million to $30 million throughout Sydney Metro and Western Sydney.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 2-5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical services
• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and progress claims
• Demonstrated experience managing variations and contractual requirements
• Proven ability to lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams
• Successful track record delivering commercial HVAC projects
• Two recent professional references
