Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth. You will be responsible for on-site delivery of multi-million dollar HVAC packages, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key requirements include a minimum of 4 years' HVAC/mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK, and

• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders.
• Resolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries.

Job description

We are seeking experienced HVAC Site Managers to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.

$130K - $170K + Super + Vehicle + Benefits & Relocation Packages Provided

You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of $10M+ D&C HVAC packages, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, onprogramme and to a high standard.

Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centers and major commercial developments.

• Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
• Previous Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.
• Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
