Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our Sydney team delivering high-quality commercial mechanical projects. You will own a diverse portfolio of refurb and fit-out works up to AUD 2.5M, coordinating with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HVAC projects in commercial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets up to AUD 2.5M.
• Strong coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for project programs, budgets, quality, safety and client outcomes.
• Lead projects valued up to AUD 2.5M.
• Coordinate with builders, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and project resources.
• Review drawings, specifications, scope and project documentation.
• Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting and cost control.
• Leading project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Working closely with site teams, engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery.
