Job summary

APAC FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager in Sydney to own and grow the Service & Maintenance Division. You will lead the service operation, manage technicians and expand the commercial maintenance portfolio.

The role offers up to AU$150k base, vehicle, super and a performance bonus; you’ll build relationships with facilities and property managers and drive profitable growth for existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background.
• Previous Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Account Manager or similar experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC plant and controls.
• Experience managing and developing HVAC technicians.
• Commercially minded with the ability to develop client relationships and win work.

• Lead and support HVAC Service Technicians and service personnel.
• Drive new preventative maintenance contracts across Sydney.

The Role

• Provide senior technical support on complex HVAC issues
• Work closely with senior management to deliver growth targets

About You

• Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
• Previous Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Account Manager or similar experience
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC plant and controls
• Experience managing and developing HVAC technicians
• Commercially minded with the ability to develop client relationships and win work
• Existing relationships within Sydney’s commercial property or FM market highly regarded
