Job summary

Builder Developer (undisclosed) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a 300+ unit development in the Hills District, Sydney. Reporting to Construction Manager, you will oversee planning, budgeting, client and subcontractor relationships, and ensure WHS, quality and environmental standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in project management with tier 2-3 builder experience, head contract management expertise, and qualifications in Construction Management or

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a PM
• Previously employed by a tier 2-3 builder
• Experience delivering large scale apartment projects from start to completion in Sydney
• Extensive experience required in Head Contract Management
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Experience in Procore and MS Projects
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects with a high focus on Safety, Quality and Environment challenges
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management

With a portfolio of several class 2 projects, they specialize in multi-unit residential buildings and high-end boutique development.

They are a multi award within builder that have been shaping Sydney skyline for 2 decades.

The Role

Due to continued growth and project successes, they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager your role willfocus onworking collaboratively on the conversion and delivery of their new 300+ units development in the Hills District.

To be successful in the role you will be commercially astute, have project managed a diverse range of class 2 construction projects. You will have proven experience across the multi-unit residential sector.

Day to day you would be involved in the following:

• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
