Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is partnering with a Sydney-based Tier 2 developer/builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer for a Class 2 residential apartment project in Campbelltown, NSW. You will support delivery on multi-storey residential/mixed-use developments and coordinate day-to-day site activities under strong project leadership.

The role requires proven site engineering experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within a Tier 2 developer-builder environment.
• Experience on projects within the $30M–$100M+ range is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across site.
• Assist with short-term programming, sequencing, and delivery planning.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure WHS standards and site safety requirements are maintained.
• Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Track project progress and support reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
• Support project coordination from structure through to finishes and handover.

Site Engineer – Class 2 Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Developer/Builder)

We’re partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a Class 2 residential apartment development based in Campbelltown, NSW.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Class 2 residential apartment project currently under construction in Campbelltown, NSW.

Projects typically include:

• Multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across site
