Job summary

Jointly is a dedicated commercial construction business delivering high quality projects across Victoria. The Project Manager will lead site and office teams, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget control across greenfield and complex projects.

Applicants should have 4-7 years of commercial construction PM experience and be proficient with Procore and MS Project. Relevant tertiary qualifications are well regarded; a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations
• Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore
• Preparation of detailed construction programmes
• Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.
• Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Previous Experience

• $3-$15M Greenfield projects involving heavy structures
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Government and Private project experience
• Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus
• Good working knowledge of Procore & MS Project

4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required
