Job summary

Combuilt is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on site.

The role requires hands-on construction knowledge, the ability to read plans, manage sequencing, and effectively handle on-site trades. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction, trades, and site operations.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Confident managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Construction qualification or trade background highly regarded.
