Aspect Personnel in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery within a respected consultancy. You will work closely with Directors and a collaborative team on a diverse portfolio that includes health, education, and social housing projects.

The role requires a degree in Project/Construction Management, ~5+ years in consultancy or construction, and strong engagement, planning, and financial controls to deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client

Qualifications

  • 5+ years delivering projects in a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Experience delivering education projects is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
  • Solid organisational, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Sound financial and risk management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes.
  • Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.

The opportunity

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with the Directors and a high-performing, collaborative team. You’ll play a hands-on role across a diverse portfolio, gaining exposure to projects that have a genuine community impact.

Your responsibilities will span project planning, stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and delivery through to completion -ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The consultancy uses Procure as its project management platform; prior experience with Procure is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
  • Circa 5+ years’ experience delivering projects in a consultancy or construction environment, ideally delivering education projects.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving ability
  • Sound financial and risk management capability
  • Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes
  • Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.
