Job summary

Applicants should have 4-7 years of commercial construction PM experience and be proficient with Procore and MS Project. Relevant tertiary qualifications are well regarded; a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with Procore & MS Project.
• Knowledge of HSEQ policies and safety practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
• Monitor progress to keep deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management via Procore.
• Prepare detailed construction programmes.
• Provide leadership to contract and project administrators.
• Liaise with clients and architects to ensure successful delivery.
