Job summary

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector.
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies (PMP/PMBOK or equivalent).

• People leadership across multidisciplinary teams and contractors across multiple sites.
• High-level problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work data centre projects in Victoria on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex construction works within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of allocated projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and time objectives are met. You will lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.
