Transport for NSW is seeking a proactive administrative professional to support Regional Road Network Maintenance projects on-site in Hay, NSW. You will coordinate meetings, travel, training, and maintain project records, while assisting with procurement and invoicing processes.

You'll gather data, prepare reports, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and support project managers and engineers to track milestones and deliver outcomes on time in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across administration, project and procurement support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience supporting project delivery and stakeholder coordination in busy environments.
