Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering efficient administrative and project support services for the Regional Road Network Maintenance - Northern Bridges team.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the team including meetings, training, travel, procurement activities, maintain records and support project reporting requirements.
• Support the delivery of routine maintenance activities and be involved in planning and coordinating works.
• Build operational efficiency and effective service delivery in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, tight deadlines and sensitive information.
