Transport for NSW in Hay, NSW is seeking a proactive professional to support regional road network projects with administrative, procurement and project coordination duties.

You will coordinate meetings, diaries, travel and training, maintain project documentation and records, and assist with procurement and invoicing across project teams to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting infrastructure projects, focusing on procurements and GC21 contracts.
• Hands-on CM21 and SAP (Objective) experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Administrative, procurement and project support experience across documentation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative, procurement and project support to project managers and engineers.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel and training arrangements.
• Maintain project documentation and records, support procurement and invoicing processes.
• Assist with data gathering, reporting, stakeholder requests and vendor management.
