Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the pre-construction and construction administration process, ensuring projects progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance standards.
As the Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering residential building projects through all stages of the building journey. You will work closely with clients, site supervisors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all documentation, approvals, and communications are managed accurately and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone with residential pre site and construction administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Prepare and issue building contracts and associated documentation.
Verify contract inclusions, specifications, variations, and pricing schedules.
Ensure all client documentation is received, reviewed, and accurately recorded.
Project Co-Ordinator | Residential Construction
Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and Site Supervisors.
Monitor project milestones and construction schedules.
Prepare and process Extensions of Time (EOTs) when required.
Maintain project records and compliance documentation.
Assist with inspections, certifications, practical completion, and handover documentation.
Coordinate client requests and support issue resolution throughout the build process.
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential construction administration, pre-site administration, contracts administration and construction administration.
Sound understanding of the residential construction process.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Experience using Evolve, Framework, ClickHome, Onsite Companion, or similar software.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience working with volume or custom home builders.
