We're looking for a confident, organised, proactive Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our busy construction team.
You'll be the glue that holds our projects together — supporting Site Supervisors and Project Managers by utilising our proprietary project management software to ensure builds remain on schedule.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational Project Coordinator / Administrator who has that perfect combination of attention to detail & confidence in their abilities.
Coordinate scheduling of trades, suppliers, and site activities across multiple builds.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and variation documentation.
Maintain accurate project files, contracts, and compliance records.
Track build timelines and flag delays or issues to the Site Supervisor / Project Manager.
Assist with council approvals, permits, and certification paperwork.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office administration.
Support the sales and construction teams with reporting and documentation.
Previous experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or a similar role (must be within the construction/building industry)
Previous experience working with a Project Home Builder.
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
Experience with construction software.
A proactive, confident, problem-solving attitude.
