Job summary

Deacon Recruitment represents a Brisbane-based major residential home builder seeking a Project Coordinator/Construction Scheduler to support busy housing projects. You will manage and maintain construction schedules, update CRM bookings, and distribute weekly network schedules.

Successful candidates have about 3 years in a similar role, experience in project coordination or scheduling, and exposure to the residential building industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain construction schedules for residential housing projects.
• Update bookings within CRM.
• Distribution of various weekly network schedules.
• Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors daily.
• Monitor progress against programs and identify and resolve delays.
• Update schedules to reflect variations and weather impacts etc.
• Provide clear scheduling reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor trade availability vs network schedule.

The Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator / Construction Scheduler to join the team. Responsibilities will include:
