Job summary

Besa Design and Construction in Eight Mile Plains, QLD is seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to manage residential building projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will coordinate with clients, site supervisors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely documentation, approvals, and smooth delivery while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure compliance, quality control, and accurate records across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential construction administration, pre-site administration, contracts administration and construction administration.
• Sound understanding of the residential construction process.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue building contracts and associated documentation.
• Verify contract inclusions, specifications, variations, and pricing schedules.
• Ensure all client documentation is received, reviewed, and accurately recorded.
• Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Monitor project milestones and construction schedules.
• Prepare and process Extensions of Time (EOTs) when required.
