Michael Page partnered client in Western Australia is seeking a Project Admin to support mobilisation, workforce planning and compliance across mining, energy and industrial projects.

You will manage training matrices, bookings, rosters, and travel arrangements, coordinate PPE, and onboarding, and provide broad administrative support to the operations team with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Prior mobilisation or project administration experience in FIFO environments.
• Experience with workforce planning or client mobilisation support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with high accuracy.
• Comfort coordinating training, travel and supplier bookings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining training matrices and workforce compliance records
• Managing compliance documentation through Myosh and client portals
• Booking training, inductions, flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements
• Coordinating PPE requirements and mobilisation readiness
• Managing project rosters and workforce scheduling
• Supporting subcontractor onboarding and project administration activities
• Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and coordinating equipment requirements
• Providing general administrative support to the operations team
