TRS Staffing is seeking a Project Administrator to support mobilising personnel for a major mining project. This 12-month contract role focuses on ensuring employees and contractors are mobilised efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule, while collaborating with project teams, managers, and stakeholders.

The role requires experience in mobilisation coordination within mining or construction, strong compliance knowledge, and excellent organisational skills to manage documentation and timelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator or Mobilisation Coordinator role.
• Experience mobilising personnel within mining, resources, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of personnel to site.
• Ensure onboarding and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
• Book and monitor pre-employment and site medicals.
• Liaise with hiring managers, site teams, and candidates during mobilisation.
• Track mobilisation progress and maintain workforce records.
• Monitor compliance requirements and ensure personnel are site-ready.
• Provide administrative support to the project and mobilisation teams.
