Job summary

Breight Group is seeking a Mobilisation Team Lead to direct a team of four Mobilisation Coordinators in Western Australia. The role focuses on orchestrating efficient mobilisation across shutdowns, maintenance, and project contracts, ensuring site readiness and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Operations and clients to deliver seamless mobilisation outcomes and exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role is based at the Rivervale Head Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a mobilisation, workforce planning or recruitment support team.
• Extensive knowledge of mobilisation requirements within the mining and resources sector.
• Demonstrated experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont operations.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding systems, compliance requirements and site access processes.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Experience using mobilisation, workforce management or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Mobilisation Coordinators
• Manage mobilisation activities across multiple clients, projects and work scopes
• Ensure employees meet all client and site entry requirements prior to mobilisation
• Oversee compliance with medicals, training, inductions, VOCs and licensing requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and training providers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobilisation efficiency and candidate experience
