Responsibilities

• Research and analyse information for briefing notes and correspondence.
• Develop community engagement plans, messages and communication strategies for road and transport projects.
• Prepare newsletters, flyers, roadworks advice, displays and other project materials.
• Draft media releases, social media content and responses to enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, government representatives and stakeholders.
• Support project teams to communicate consistently and respond to community needs.
• Manage sensitive project information and records in line with department requirements.
