• Experience in financial management for infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret and apply financial policies and procedures.
• Experience providing financial support to projects and programs.
• Commitment to governance, risk management, accuracy and high-quality practice.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply financial policies and procedures, providing practical advice and best-practice solutions relevant to project delivery.
• Prepare and process financial documentation, including journals, goods receipts, invoices, requisitions and purchase orders.
• Supply contemporary procurement practices to the purchase of goods and services for road infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and administer contract documentation associated with the Q TRIP program and individual projects.
• Undertake program, project and contract reporting to support accurate tracking of financial performance and early identification of emerging deviations.
• Maintain accurate program, project and contract information in systems including SAP, 3PCM, Primavera and Microsoft Excel.
