Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Lifecycle Lending to shape Home Loan capabilities across our Retail brands. You will analyse portfolio performance, customer insights and market trends to drive product improvements and strong customer outcomes.

You will partner with Distribution, Digital, Credit, Risk, Legal, Marketing and Finance to deliver initiatives, governance papers and regulatory changes, while maintaining a clear focus on risk and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, lifecycle management or portfolio performance.
• Ability to translate analytics into practical recommendations and actions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Home Loan product capability and lifecycle across retail brands.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery from analysis through to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Prepare governance papers and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support product governance and regulatory change across the portfolio.
